Four County Library System
Skene memorial library is a member of the Four County Library System (4CLS). 4CLS provides consolidated library services to 42 member libraries in Broome, Chenango, Delaware, and Otsego County. Members can borrow books, DVD’s and digital media from any of the 42 Four County Library facilities that are included in the on-line catalog.
